Waited in drive thru for 26 minutes with nobody ahead of us. They needed ?time?. So we waited and then we?re able to place our... order. I had to repeat my complete order three times and on the third time a second butted in and said ?she had all of thatanything else?? Then they wouldn?t put it on the screen so we could confirm the order as correct. We get to the window and theyrepeat back the order, drinks weren?t right and they missed a sandwich. I pointed it out and they said they didn?t ring us upfor that. Wendy?s is great, but this facility I stay away from because it is ALWAYS something wrong with the order. We ordered online 30 minutes ahead and go to pick it up and wait 30 minutes. Literally wasted lunch break on this wendys. It's... not even like it's the first time. I've waited longer before multiple times. And they literally missed a whole nugget and gotour sauces wrong. Like how do you have 30 minutes to get my food right but still find a way to mess it up? They act like they don?t wanna work, lol. Usually around 7pm they?ll tell you they don?t have half of the menu.

Ordered a chicken sandwich meal in the drive through. Was given and charged for someone else?s food. I returned it and as I was... explaining what I had ordered to another employee who I believe was the manager. The clerk shut the window in my face. A shorttime later he tried to hand me the same bag. He completely ignored everything I said, I handed the food back and left to preventmyself from addressing his blatant ignorance. I?m still trying to deal with disputing the charge. I will never go to thatWendy?s again. Read more

U would really give zero stars if I could. Some Wendy's locations have breakfast and some do not. I came to this particular... location on yesterday for breakfast. I pulled into the line behind a blue pick up that was already at the speaker. That truckpulled around not long after and then I pulled up to the speaker. I reviewed the breakfast menu and waited there for 15 mins.Nobody ever said anything over the speaker. I decided to pull around to find a deliver truck on the other side of the buildingwith their ladder extending across the drive-thru line. I pulled around the truck and could see an employee standing not farfrom the window. If the restaurant was closed, the menu board should not have been lit up, the breakfast menu should not havebeen shown, there hours of operation on Google should not be listed as them being opened, there should have been a sign outstating that they were closed even if only temporarily, someone should have come to the speaker. I wasted at least 30 mins of mymorning b/c of Wendy's. After having yet another very poor similar experience w/a Wendy's location I thought that it was best tonotify corporate office of what was happening b/c I can only assume that they are unaware of what is happening so that perhapschanges could be made. I reached out to corporate and received no response so I figured the next best thing to do was to post onGoogle. Atleast other people can read this and see what is happening at Wendy's. People deserve the right to spend their moneywhere they want it and on good quality service. I have backed away from Wendy's greatly over the years b/c of their continueddecline in service quality. At this point, I can't see me bringing myself to go back to any Wendy's location after this lastvisit. You would think that in today's economy, business owners, corporations would care about the level of service they provideb/c there are so many other businesses failing.
