We ordered online 30 minutes ahead and go to pick it up and wait 30 minutes. Literally wasted lunch break on this wendys. It's... not even like it's the first time. I've waited longer before multiple times. And they literally missed a whole nugget and gotour sauces wrong. Like how do you have 30 minutes to get my food right but still find a way to mess it up? They act like they don?t wanna work, lol. Usually around 7pm they?ll tell you they don?t have half of the menu.

Waited in drive thru for 26 minutes with nobody ahead of us. They needed ?time?. So we waited and then we?re able to place our... order. I had to repeat my complete order three times and on the third time a second butted in and said ?she had all of thatanything else?? Then they wouldn?t put it on the screen so we could confirm the order as correct. We get to the window and theyrepeat back the order, drinks weren?t right and they missed a sandwich.
