Quick and fresh, staff is friendly. Gotta say, I love this place!
Wasn't good at all. This location really needs corporate supervision and guidance back to real professionalism. I went there... during late night hours last Monday and I was the only car there but they still screwed up my order. For as slow as it was,they should have been to have the order with all of its details, perfect with no flaws And the soda-beverages was totallyunder-qu????lity- complete carbonation. And as usual, they always after 9:30 / 10p.m. claim that their ice cream machine is downor broken. Please get this together. Read more
Ordered over 35$ worth of food was mossing an item and my chicken sandwich was undercooked and raw in it was gross. Im 4mnths... pregnant hopefully i dont get sick. I called back and of course no one answers. Yes mistakes do happen but yall cant serveundercooked chicken. Read more
Hard to understand what happened last night. I could barely get the guy to stop talking, so I could place my order, lots of... laughing and joking happening in the background. My order was delivered pretty cold by a girl who scowled at me. I felt like Iwas on some twisted reality show, I don't go to businesses to be resented, but it seems like a terrible trend around here tojust keep a bunch of rude employees. This place is under construction but the service was fast and good.
Clean floors, counters and outside sitting area. Nice, pleasant staff, very quiet. When the receipt showed that the coupon... wasn't applied the manger was quick to fix the mistake. Ordered extra pickles on chicken sandwiches but wasn't a pickle on anyof the three ordered. No napkins or forks. Read more
It is Lenten season so I went to get my fish sandwich on. I went with a fellow co-worker the 4 for 3 and I got the 2 for 5 ????... sandwiches...I was hyped...food was ???? and I couldn't wait, started to eat and it was the worst hard rubbery fish I have everhad...it was like chewing on a rubber band....I turned the car around and went back immediately and explained my dilemma...thecashier (light skinned with glasses ???? pleasant voice) asked me if I would like them to remake it and wait. I did, and then agirl by the name of April came out. She apologized about the inconvenience and wait!!!! What is going on???!!! Amazing CustomerSERVICE...that whole shift needs to be commended they were Awesomely Awesome, quick and effectively efficient. I wish thatcorporate could see this...they need raises. I have never been into the Rally's brand at all...but if you can get everyone onboard with what this shift is doing..I will continue to keep jamming my face with filets of the sea.
