While on a trip, I stopped in for a quick drink and to pick out a coffee. I heard Velodrome was the place for quality, timely,... and responsibly sourced coffee. No disappointment here. Their Guatemalan espresso-based cortado was good. I like bright roasts,so I took home their Costa Rican beans and have enjoyed them in a variety of brews for a few days now.
