Always good in the past. Ordered online & paid online to find out when we tried to pickup that they?re closed. Were told ?we?re... closed, they?ll have to refund you sorry? at the pickup window! I asked how do I do that & he said ?I dunno, they?ll have to doit? lol ???? still says they?re open online & you can still order! ??????????????? hopefully someone refunds me. UPDATE: I wasrefunded my order, I had to call there 3 times & talk to the manager but after 4 days I did get the refund. We will return butwill never use online ordering again. They have great subs! Love their sandwiches and staff has always been pleasant. The only issue is whenever I order something custom (no cheese and... tomatoes on half) it usually comes with those things anyways. Or half with cheese and the other half with tomato. The food isstill good enough for me to just pick off, but having it as ordered would make it that much better! :) Read more

I've ordered togos weekly for my entire life and have never had any issues with customer service until my last 2 experiences... here. I always get my sandwich the same way, they have it in their computer the way I get it and it's never been messed up untilmy last time ordered. I work in food service and I get it, food gets messed up. Today I just called to place my normal order. Iget put on hold quicker then I can say hello then after 2 minutes your CSR hangs up on me. If you want to be forced to calculate every bite, so as to keep the structural integrity of your sandwich in tact, this is the... place for you. The sandwiches are HUGE and loaded with ingredients. It will fall apart on you if you're not careful. If you eathere, plan on devoting all your attention to your sandwich because if you don't you'll be eating it with a fork! Loved it!!!!! Read more

Togo's has an amazing selection of sandwiches, and in our first visit we ordered 4 different types, including Italian, club, egg... salad, meatball. We customized the sandwiches, and our order was placed as a pickup since we are still in pandemic times and thelobby was closed for dining in. The staff was very friendly and personable both on the phone and in person when picking up thefood. The prices were surprisingly low, too! When we got the food home, everyone found that their sandwiches had been customizedperfectly, and the quality / taste of the sandwiches was excellent.
