Staff is super friendly, patient (I didn?t know what I wanted right away), and quick. Coffee was delicious as well.
Charging 25 cents for a glass of water is absolutely ridiculous. To charge your employees for water also is even more... ridiculous. I've had my last Dunkin today and I will not go to one anywhere else. I hope you end up just like Arby's. Read more

Waited 20 minutes for our drinks due to poor communication between staff members. Also the lead/supervisor had to call corporate... to give us a refund of $7.80 which in itself was ridiculous and counter productive, as the phone call was 5-10 minutes long.Wasn't the worst service but was ridiculous and could've been prevented if staff would communicate with each other and alsolisten to customers. Everytime I've ordered Dunkin the coffee tastes gross, burnt, and too sweet. Today when I received two coffee that I paid $1.50... more per drink for larges and received large cups that were filled barely over half way. Read more
Every time you go there to use there app in Marquette they give you a issue or say it doesn?t work and do nothing to fix it now... they have a coffee Monday for a medium coffee with any purchase and first they say it?s only on hot coffee so show them where itsays any hot or cold coffee and they still don?t honor it wow Read more
