Really disappointed with this place. They make you make your own coffee like Wawa, no attempt at service. They just assume you... know you have to make your own stuff. Just left bean street after ordering a Rueben. First they called to tell me they were out of corned beef, do I Mind turkey? I?m... pretty easy going so I said yes. I pick up my ?sandwich? bring it home to find it on soggy white bread, old turkey that wasbrown (definitely not edible), a pinch of sauerkraut, no dressing ? I won?t even let my dogs eat this. Stick to breakfast beanstreet or start closing at 1pm, lunch is not your strong suit . Read more

I really don't understand the bad review. Extremely friendly & attentive. As someone who works in the food industry I tend to... think some of these bad reviews are coming from people out of touch with the current state of the industry. Prices are VERYreasonable. I order from here all the time, usually 2-3 times a week and I have zero idea what these reviews are talking about. Every time I... order they tell me 15-20 minutes and it?ll be ready and great when I get there. Sometimes I even show up too early and it isstill ready by the time I walk in.
