We have been a long time customer of My Angelo's. The food is always great. I had one issue & Mike called me & made it right !... (Over what I expected them too) They make an "everything pizza" that is off the charts great, so many toppings & always fresh -highly recommended - they are MY pizza shop ! Read more

For the same price as a large plain pizza, you could go next door to Wawa and purchase 3 classic hoagies with meat and all the... fixings for the same price. And they don't charge you a $1 to use your card! Think about that the next time you pull into thatparking lot. Read more

Not at all impressed. A large plain pizza costs over $20 and did not taste any better than Dominos or Papa John's. Also, they... show cheaper prices online (by approx $3). Worst part is they charge $1 to use a credit card. Also, if you order take out, there's no seating available as you wait. Read more

Came by for some slices for the family at 7:30pm. Only 4 slices at counter. I asked any more of different style. Counter guy... says no. Asked if making anymore same answer no. Other counter guy playing on his phone. Apparently Angelo?s doesn?t needbusiness. I left. Won?t be back. Counter help doesn't care. No management present. Good luck ! Read more

Always great food. We use Angelo's a lot. $20 is steep for a pepperoni pizza but I guess it's a sign of the times. I like to... support small biz. Hopefully they can find quality affordable suppliers and this economy will balance out at some point. Sofrustrating. Read more

Ordered small cheese pizza and fries, waited over an hour? slow service, no urgency, no communication! Pizza was good however... the fries were cold by the time we had them because they sat in the box for over 30 minutes as the small pizza cooked. Nomanager took the time to apologize or address the issue at hand either. As customers of this establishment multiple timesbefore, we expect better communication and honesty. The Berlin location has had better communication and service. We were givena specific time (30 minutes) of how long it will take for the food to be ready for pick up, we appreciate it to be adhered to.If it cannot, then we need to be informed. There were multiple customers in this shop that waited over the time they were given. If you cannot have the food ready within the time you said over the phone then let the customers know so we can choose adifferent pizza place to go to that night, instead of losing our business completely. We will continue to give our business toAngelo?s but not this location, we will result to their sister store in Berlin instead as they show better communication andhonesty on wait times. I understand Halloween is a busy holiday for pizza shops but it is important to communicate to yourcustomers so there would not be many of us waiting over the time we were given. One customer waited over 30 minutes just be toldher pizzas has yet to be placed in the oven, communication is key and tonight this store lacked it completely. Read more
