Authentic Italian food! Ricotta pie just like it was made in Italy. Cookies are moist and tasty. Very friendly family owned... busy. Easy to miss. Location is a house near a busy shopping center off Rt 70, on a narrow street. House 13 N. Locust Av. cornerof Stillhouse Lane. Avenue is tight, house on left hand side across from small row of apartments on right side. Limited parkingavailable next to house on Stillhouse Lane. Maria makes the best Easter ham pie. It taste exactly how I remember my grandfather?s tasted every Easter morning. My daughter started going to Maria?s bake camps a few years ago and now both my girls go to all the holiday bake camps and... summer camps and absolutely love them. I?m always amazed at what they come home with - homemade pasta and treats (cakes,cupcakes, you name it). I recently ordered 2 rice pies from Maria?s Mom?s for the first time for Easter. First, the women who work there are so sweet... and kind. It felt like I was speaking to family. I pre-ordered the rice pies and she walked me through how they make theirs. Shewanted to make sure it was similar to how my late grandmother made her rice pies. I was so taken back by how sincerely friendlyand kind she was to me. Secondly, the quality of the rice pie was AMAZING!! It tasted EXACTLY like how my grandmother made hers.My entire extended family all had some and we all remarked how similar it tasted. We can?t thank Maria?s Mom?s enough for thisEaster ?gift!? I ordered 12 large cannolis on Thursday so I can pick them up Saturday morning. I got there and the large cannolis were no... longer than 5 in and they were about as thick as a cigar. They charged me $48 which is unbelievable. It's a shame Randolph'sBakery went out of business they had the best cannolis and they were actually large cannolis. You'll never see me back atMarie's again!! Randolph's large cannolis were actually 8 inches long and 3 in in diameter. Read more
