Ordered a gelato it was all water ice, no ice cream. The ice cream that there was was extremely sour. Had to ask multiple times... for a spoon. A spoon wasn?t offered. The teeny bopper be hind the counter was rude. When I asked for a manager a rude women whoseemed to be in charged was clearly overwhelmed. She argued with me from the beginning. She wouldn?t listen to me. This is thesecond time I?ve gone in and have had an unacceptable experience. I will be surprised if this establishment is opened nextsummer.
