On November 5, 2022 between 3:35-3:40 pm, I had ordered 2 combo meals. I had requested both large sized combos, however that is... not what I received. I received 1 medium and 1 large meal. I did not initially notice the mistake because I had been handed thebag first and then I had been handed the drinks. I only noticed the initial mistake as I turned onto Route 73. I was a littleirritated, but was able to accept the mistake being that I was only charged for 1 medium combo and 1 large combo, but when I gothome, I had realized that I had been given a Coke zero instead of my requested cherry Coke. The slip on the bag clearly saidcherry Coke. I don?t know who the young lady was that made the drink, but she was petite, blonde haired, and she was wearing adifferent shirt compared to the rest of the employees (almost like one of the shirts that managers wear). I am not sure exactlywhat has changed in the past 2-3 months, but the quality of service AND order taking has gone down both in the early morningshift and the lunch shift. Whatever they are doing differently needs to stop and they need to hire new managers/employeesbecause CFA in marlton on Rt 73 just isn?t ? it? anymore?.. The evening shift was great. The last time I was there, a younggentleman, by the name of Myles was very nice. He was very friendly to my children. His work ethic was very strong, and I hopethere is a promotion in that young man?s future. Until significant changes are made, one star rating, it will remain. Read more
Food is always delicious. The employees never disappoint. Definitely the beat in fast food.
I don?t usually write reviews but I can?t let this slide. I get their busy and all but at least fill my fries up to the amount... they are supposed to be. I feel like I got ripped off. I ordered a large and it had the same amount as my daughters medium.Unacceptable! Read more
After repeatedly telling the guy I ordered a chicken egg and cheese sandwich and not bacon, I still received the bacon egg and... cheese, which I could not eat because I don't eat pork. A waste of money, I will not be coming back to this chic fil a. Thisis how the conversation went... "Your ordered two bacon egg and cheeses?" -staff "No i ordered a chicken egg andcheese"-me "you ordered one bacon egg and cheese?"-staff "I ordered one chicken egg and cheese"-me. -gets handed the bacon eggand cheese- but doesn't have time to go back. Ordered 2 peppermint shakes 1. they forgot about them. 15 mins later asked for them. 2. When we got our shakes 1 of them was... just peppermint and the other was just vanilla. 3. When I ask about why my shake wasn't peppermint she said they were out ofpeppermint. And walked away. Why wouldn't you tell me that when I ask about my shake was taking so long. That's why 1 star.
