Reviews for Arby's in Evesham, NJ
Why is the drive through never open. Literally every time we go during open hours the drive through is closed. Why don?t you... shut down and open something that will actually serve food. It?s a shame because we actually love Arby?s and it?s amazing howclose it is but it?s been months since we?ve been able to successfully get a meal. So disappointing. Don?t waste your time goingto this location folks - always fails. Read more
Went through the drive thru to pick up a quick dinner for the fam. Customer service was great while taking my order. The drive... thru menu lights were off but I already knew what I was ordering so.no big deal. If there were new menu items I couldn't tellyou. I pulled up to the window and was greater by a nice women. I paid, she handed me my card back and a receipt. She thenhanded me each bag kindly telling me what was in each bag (3 bags total for my hungry family). When I arrived home, the orderwas correct, everything was all there including extra sauces, ketchup.and napkins too. The sandwiches were still warm and tasteddelicious. My husband tried the Diablo (he saw a commercial for this new featured item), it disappeared quick and he said it wasreally good. Overall great experience we would definitely recommend this location for good service and fresh food. Read more
Tonight (Friday night), this location looked closed at 7PM since all of the signage was turned off, even the drive-thru menu... board. I didn't think anything of it until I went into the restaurant and saw the black employee complain whenever there was anew customer in the drive-thru. I then realized that this was intentional to make it seem like the restaurant was closed toultimately deter customers from placing orders. The same black woman was rude to me as she handed my order. I was the onlycustomer there, so it wasn't busy, but she didn't bother to acknowledge me, say anything to me or even look at me. Needless tosay, I won't be going to this location that clearly doesn't appreciate their customers or their business. Read more
I know their saying is "We have the meats", I'm just not sure what kind of meats they really are. I've never seen roast beef... that was grey with white spots and definitely doesn't taste like any roast beef I've ever had. Same with the brisket. The"meats" are just plain funky and not very good. Sorry, I wanted to like them so much too. The mozzarella stix we're really goodthough. Read more
I've been seeing the commercials for the Arby's prime ribs sandwiches and my mouth has been watering. Ordered it to be delivered... and it came so quickly. I was so disappointed as I received the wrong order. The bag didn't even have my name on it. I calledyour store and although your employee was very nice and respectful, he explained I had to call Doordash for a refund or come infor a sandwich. If I could have driven today I never would have had it delivered in the first place. Just wanted you to knowthere should be a better way to solve delivery errors. You only get customer service in another state if you call Door dash. ButI do love your food. Read more
My family and I find the manager, Misty, to be very unprofessional. Just recently, we witnessed her sitting in the dining room... with friends or family instead of helping the other workers with multiple customers. Read more
