Customer service can be better but good spot
This is the worst Subway to DINE IN at. The EMPLOYEES are terrible. I ordered food and ate here on Thursday for lunch. I had to... head to work after, so I brought my clothing to change into. I used the restroom once before I ate and then I wanted to use itagain once I was done so that I could change into my uniform and touch up on my makeup. As I'm approaching the bathroom, threeemployees come from behind the counter and tell me that I can no longer use the bathroom again. I asked why not? I'm a payingcustomer, I just want to change and touch up my make up. He told me that if I wanted to do that, then I should GO HOME. Thenthey started asking how long I wanted to use the bathroom for. At this point I grew livid. When I asked to speak to the managerthey refused. I asked who the owner was and they refused that as well. Then they said that I needed to leave or they would callthe police on me. Call the police on me for what? For trying to use the bathroom at a place that I spent my money at? Or callthe police on me for asking to speak to a manager for being treated poorly? It was absolutely unacceptable. And I did go off. Read more
Not my experience but needed to post it. My daughter & granddaughter went to this Subway in the shopping center at Alabama &... Stanton Road. My granddaughter wanted it. So, they go inside & standing there looking at the menu. One of the employees askedthem were they ready & my daughter told him, they still looking. He said take your time. Comes back a second time & they stillcan't decide what to get. This man who has no clue, decides to tell my daughter "It's your month, take your time". She was takenback for a moment & asked him did he say what she thought she heard? Now, he don't understand English. We allow people to comeinto our communities & get to comfortable. If, she would have attacked back with some foreigner reply, then she would be wrong.He lucky it was on a good day because he would have been calling the police. ** SO, NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT WE WILL NOT BERETURNING & TOLD FAMILY MEMBERS NOT TO GO THERE ANYMORE. Not really a fan of them because I don't think their food is real just like the tuna fish I don't know but that is my opinion... you might love it so go enjoy it only thing I get from there is the sweet onion teriyaki chicken that taste good Read more
