This was my first time ordering, and I ordered a large cheese pizza, and 2 brownies... I was really hoping for the best, and was... anticipating this, but I was very disappointed with the pizza. An old friend from Marlborough had an unexpected death in her family, and with my now living in Michigan, meant it would be... difficult for me to get good, plentiful food to her house for friends and relatives. I called The Plum Tomato and theydelivered a fantastic selection of platters that evening. The word I got back was glowing. They delivered right on time and thefood was delicious. Read more
Good local place for pizza. I was surprised at how quickly the food was made. Mozzarella sticks weren?t overly fried and were... just heavy enough. Pizza has a thin crust, but could have used a little more sauce. Good option on the east side of Marlborough Read more
The pizza here is easily the best in Marlboro (and I would argue the best in the 'boros). Believe me, I have tried pretty much... every pizza place in the surrounding area. Every time I eat a non-Plum Tomato pizza I'm left with the same feeling of "dang, Iwish I just had gotten Plum Tomato". Their dough is perfect, it has the right amount of chew, crunch, and bready flavor. Thetoppings are all high quality and they do not skimp with the quantity of what goes on the pizza. Their specialty pizzas are allsuper tasty, creative, AND fairly priced (very inexpensive for what you get!). It reheats well and is also good cold the nextfew days. Seriously, do NOT bother with pizza for anywhere else. Beyond the pizza, the staff is always welcoming and theestimated wait times for pick up and delivery are spot on. Don't settle for pizza from anywhere else around here, just get PlumTomato. Read more
Best place for a quick lunch or dinner they know what they are doing! I got a chicken salad sandwich today and when I got it it... wasn?t what I expected. It was loaded with all the goodies I asked for and cooked better than I have I ever had before. This isone of the few times I have ordered something from them and I have been amazed every time. I am surprised I didnt get hooked onto this pizza sooner. Its right down the street from my house... I ordered the meatball and... ricotta pizza and it was very very good. Ive called to order and also used to online ordering.. Both were great!!! The boysthere at the counter are polite and courteous. 10 stars. :) This photo is a meatball riccotta pizza with added fresh basil,sundried tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella cheese. Perfect pizza. ????
