The worst ever! Had to tell girl my order 6 times at drive thru! It was just a plain double cheeburger and sm fries and soda! I... mean I tried to say it several ways hoping she would get it but nope totally incompetent and no manners! Also don't blame it onthe drive thru speaker cuz it was fine not broken or anything! Absolutely the worst experience at a McDonald's to date in any location in any state we've ever been into. Order was wrong three... times, coke had no bubbles straight syrup, straws were empty, napkins were empty, and get this..... the entire restaurant ranout of ketchup. The guys working there just stare at you like a deer in headlights struggling to understand what you aresaying. Very unpleasant attempt at dinner. SAVE yourself. Read more

Sweet tea was ice water double cheese had no cheese, fries as cold as the attitude I got when I'm asked for hot fries. It's a big and attractive restaurant where more than 40 can be seated easily. Very nice staff make your visit pleasant.Interior,... space, ambience, cleanliness, kids friendliness all are certainly better than most of other McD but why still average rating islow? I was wondering after entering the restaurant. There are reasons, but those are minor and can be fixed easily. Hope they dothat soon. So don't hesitate just go and enjoy your food! Read more

Haven't been to a McDonald's in at least 3 years... Today's trip ensured it'll be another 6 at minimum. Flattened/half size... nuggets not to mention half the taste as before and they changed $4 for the $1 large fry. As always the fry box was halffull. No wonder McDonald's has been losing business. Ordered a breakfast meal from the drive-thru menu board (see photo attached). Drive-thru associate entered it incorrectly... multiple times (at much higher prices), and became annoyed with me for "being difficult." She called someone else over to help. They both told me what I ordered didn't exist. Wasted 10 minutes, and was almost late for work. I didn?t get breakfast, andMcDonalds lost a customer. Read more

I am not sure why they got such a low rating, but this is by far the best McDonald's I've been to. The manager is very polite... and attentive. He will take his time to go around and check how customers are doing. That's the first time I've seen that atMcDonald's. The orders were right on, the food was good, and the store was nice and clean. I usually review the bad, but I amcompelled to compliment this store and its manager for the good job he did. Keep up the good work! McDonald's should promotethis manager to district manager. The slowest service imaginable. Newly renovated with all the new bells and whistles: table service food deliveries, ordering... kiosks. All stupid because the food comes out at the same pace, slow. Waited over 10min for a hamburger. No apologies. Went inat 130pm on a sunday. About 4 customers in restaurant, total. Read more
