Always so slow, never get the orders right, and whenever I order a Kid?s meal for my kid I haven?t gotten a toy twice now.... Figured first time was a mistake but I guess they just pocket the toys for kids. Read more
I have literally watched multiple employees (one this morning in fact) from the drive-thru window pour hot water and/or decaf... into my coffee to top it off. When it's the only thing I'm ordering and I'm ordering it BLACK I'm doing so because I like thetaste. Please stop screwing up my coffee. I hate this restaurant. Read more
We have lived in the area for 4 years now and this is hands down the best McDonalds in the whole state!! We have come through... here at all times of day for YEARS and received excellent service without fail every single time (and the fries are always hotand perfect) We?ll be moving away soon and honestly will miss this McDonalds. So consistent, timely, clean and we have neverbeen disappointed. Every single person working at this location deserves a raise. SO consistent and amazing every time. Read more
This is one of the toughest jobs there is. Remember the plague? Remember these people feeding you? These are our kids working... hard at a job that can be really tough. Dont treat the staff like dirt, then complain young people dont care. If we all walk alittle lighter, and smile a little more, we just may all get through this. If you are fortunate enough to interact with the16-25 age group, dont talk to them like Gandalf. They see Peter Griffin, and Clark Griswald, and theyre not wrong. This is allour country. All of us. Our kids work at Mc'Ds, and other places. Be nice, on the streets. Dont be a jerk. The time when thatflies and is tolerated, that's over now. The MORNING crew here the BEST of the bunch! Today there was a mixup on my breakfast order & they said I just paid for coffee &... I had declined a receipt. So after a little back & forth, I was willing to offer my card again, but mgr came to window & said noneed to pay. They gave me what I'd originally ordered & he refused to take my card. Very nice about it. They are ALL super youngpeople & MANAGER is TOP NOTCH....he has been there a long time & I'm sure instructs his crew how to provide great customerservice! For such EARLY AM service, they are never grouchy, or inattentive...not sure I would be so pleasant & I'd bet generallythey don't get a lot of respect from drive-thru customers. Hands down this is one of the cleanest McDonald I've been in. Service is pretty fast food is fresh the buns aren't stale like... most other McDonald are. Also unlike all other McDonald I've been to the ice cream/ milk shake machine has always been workingwhen I've been there unlike almost every McDonald's have problems with their machines. Read more
It?s fine. Hours were extremely inconsistent for a while but it seems like this location is back to being the late night spot it... used to be. Usually pretty quick, food is almost always pretty fresh and hot. Convenient to downtown due to somewhat quietlocation. Lunchtime traffic in this area is a nightmare though. Read more
