I had fries, which were good. They still have coffee shakes on the menu and the discontinued them last year .

Under normal circumstances we adore five guys. This particular one though I'll never be back to not even to give it a second... chance. We walked in the door and we were greeted by head banging music. We had to listen to this while we were waiting for ourfood to be cooked and while we ate dinner. On top of it all I ordered a hot dog, how hard is it to mess up a hot dog Iwondered. Well now I know. There was so much in the way of condiments ketchup, mustard and relish. I could barely find the hotdog. Also it oozed out all over my hands, and all over the table. It was quite a mess. Sadly I ended up eating lunch angry. Ishouldn't have to go through that nor should that music have ever been playing in the background, and it was incredibly loud.The odd part is when a different employee walked in for shift change she immediately changed the music. Love 5Guys...unfortunately getting orders correct is always a challenge for 'front of the house'. Rating isn't for food quality... or taste. Instinct is to blame chefs...but rarely is it incorrect from 'entered order'...it is our ONLY fast food burgerpreference/provider! If only they could make the fries and burgers calorie-free! ;) Read more
This place is awful. Pointless to order ahead online. Every time I?m here I have to wait an extra 10 minutes for my food. Even... if I order 20 minutes in advance. Never coming here again. Especially if I?m paying 18 bucks for a burger and fries. Read more
