One of the better priced Dunkin? locations in town. Others have jacked up prices on food and drink, but this location has stayed... on the cheaper side. Quality of food and drink often seems better at this location. There is one problem though. The drive thruis a complete waste of time. If you can park and go in, you?ll be better off. Even then though, in my experience, it can be justas slow due to the highly divided attention between the window and the counter, especially when ordering food. I often placemobile orders and default to drive thru pickup thinking it?ll be faster, which it often is, however I?ve waited upwards of ahalf hour in this drive thru at peak times, and that line looked to be about no more than 6-8 cars long before me. I go to Dunkin Donuts for coffee on my way to work. The service is great and the often give me a coupon or two when I order in... the morning. They have a good selection of donuts, too and they are never stale or old. However, they only have one type ofpastry which can be limiting. Read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I used to work at Dunkin? Donuts in Marlborough when I was a teenager and man can I say they... have gone downhill since then. I waited in the drive through line for 35 minutes, got yelled at by the woman in the drivethrough window (I believe her name was Amy) when I asked why it was taking so long with 5 people working on the floor. And notone person apologized for the absurd wait time. I?m not one to write reviews like this either, I understand some days are busierthan others, but the service I received was absolutely unacceptable and I do not want that to go unnoticed. Read more
