Went here (7-20-22) This was my ultimate First time ever eating at a Cinnabon restaurant in my entire life. My close best... friend took me here for a quite bite too eat, Oh my goodness this was so delicious, each bite tastes like a little piece ofHeaven ! I'm was like a ("big - kid " - boy") in a " Candyshop" for the 1st time ,the experience & excitement was absolutely awarm and welcoming atmosphere ????! 5 Star's across the board 100% percent hand's down, no complaints, nor, problems I'd Encounter yesterday while there. I ordered the Cinnabon with exta frosting ,oh my goodness, that frosting was so yummy ????????, I was like I just cheated on my diet a little bit, it was so wroth it! I ordered the Raspberry lemonade ???? sodelicious, it was a little pricey, but wroth it, I usually typically don't binge on myself like that offen. But so wroth ,this mall is this a relatively pretty nice mall,with a lot more stores, than others malls in the area like example Auburn Mall. Good fun day, I'd needed it. Very disappointed.I ordered a roll with pecans and the man gave me another one and said the one he was giving to me was fresh. The owner, Vladimir, is a nice guy. He has been there for years. Working 6 days a week, 12 hrs. a day, 8 hrs. on Sunday, I give... him my best review. Of course some of his workers may not be top notched, give the owner a break! The buns always are the bestyou can buy. This Cinnabon is located inside the Solomon Pond Mall. The cashier taking our order was not the most pleasant. There was no line... and we stood back deciding what to get as she stared at us. I approached the counter and inquired about a frozen coffee drink wehad before but didn't see it on the menu. She looked confused as if she didn't know what I was asking for. So we ordered justthe "Center" of the cinnabon, no drink There were 3 of them and they were talking to each other quite loudly in their language,which is not at all professional. Prices are ridiculous for a small cinnabon and the service needs vast improvement. Notreturning here that's for sure! Read more
The owner constantly tries to over charge you for add-ons to make an extra dollar. What a shame.
