Great service and really good wings. Patio is small and facing residential area but overall a good addition. Enjoyed the food!
I always order the Red Hot and Blue wings and they are usually good but I think they ran low on sauce and tried to cut it by... adding vinegar. My mouth has been tingling for the last 30min. It was way to much. Wasted money, I had to throw them out. Whydo this?!? Just offer me something else. It was so bad. Read more
Absolutely inconsistent service and the last time I went it was truly abysmal. We specifically wanted just 3 pound wings, no... fries or onion rings but the server asked us if we wanted some anyway, and we still said no. He continued to explain that theycame with our wings (which they didn't, they only come with 2 pound) and we even asked a third time if he was absolutely surethey came with the 3 pound wings, to which he said yes. Lo and behold, when the bill came, he charged us for the onion rings.We tried to contest it, which OF COURSE, he said "they don't come with the 3 pound wings" we know, that's why we asked 3 times.He gave us so much trouble for an error he made it was absolutely mind blowing. Not coming here ever again and I do notrecommend others coming here either. Sure you might luck out and get a decent server, but you might as well just save yourmoney and go to the Markham road location instead, much better. Do not ever come to the Major Mack location, there is a reasonwhy it's empty 90% of the time. Read more
If you've ever been to wild wing, the food is exactly what you expect. I'm assuming the owners are now running the place without... actual servers as they are pretty unversed in serving. Slow service and not knowing how to operate the point of sale computer.Foods fine though. Read more

Took a chance on this location again after a year, following burnt wings being positioned as "that's the way they come"... Now... Careless food preparation again. 2 of our 3 orders were incorrect. Then rather than remake my snakebite, they simply drizzledthe additional seasoning over the wings they initially brought out which resulted in unbearably spicy wings. As much as I likespicy I was unable to finish them given the XXHot "new" base flavour. I tried to just suck it up, but couldn't.... Movingforward I will only go to the one at on Markham Rd. Wasn't very impressed with the food. I ordered the bruschetta flatbread, and this is what came out. The image on the right is... what is advertised, and there's supposed to be cucumber and basil on it. When I had asked what happened to the rest of thetoppings, I was told the kitchen ran out of cucumbers, and they can't serve basil due to allergies. I just wish they would havetold me before making the food because I definitely would have changed my order if I had known all I would be getting is somefeta, balsamic, and tomato chunks on top of some cheesy bread. My friend got the fish and chips, and the fish was 5 shades toodark, like they left it in the fryer for way too long. The only redeeming part was the fries that came with the fish. Went on a Sunday for dinner and had the place to ourselves. Solo server was super nice and wings were solid.
