We ordered Dave?s Double Burger and the meat wasn?t cooked properly.Palvi the manager was showing so much attitude.She took my... order but didn?t take it properly.When she gave us our order she gave it with so much attitude.She has no manners.We were tryingto to dine in and we couldn?t because everything was dirty nothing was clean.We could hear all the employees yelling outloud,laughing,and just lounging around.This is such an unpleasant fast food restaurant.Wendy?s needs to get better managers whoknows manners and have better communication skill because it was hard to understand. 1/10, it?s -1/10. Got 2 farmers wrap and the wrap was so poorly made. I bit into a floppy wrap with no filling half way thru the wrap i got some... eggs and sausage the had brown looked like it was sitting in soggy sauce got awhile .. check ur wraps before u go.. Read more
Worst experience I?ve had at a drive thru, their sign stated that they were temporarily cash only which I had no issue with.... Except when the employee has the audacity to ask me if I had enough cash to pay for my order after telling me it was cash only.Not only was that disrespectful but to have to repeat my order 4 times at the drive thru to 2 different employees but again theytold me to drive up to repeat it for the 5th time. Funny thing is after all that they still managed to mess up my order. Pleasedo better with understanding proper customer service. Read more

Came here for the Dave single and the chicken burger. Substituted the drinks with the strawberry lemonade and water lemonade... (gave plain lemonade). Also substituted one of the fries with bake potatoes with chive and sour cream. This location alwaysserve the food at a fast pace unlike McDonald close by which has a terrible traffic and pickup spot. Read more
I asked for the strawberry summer salad which is supposed to be with chicken. The one I ordered had bacon bites in it. I do not... eat bacon at all and this is what I got. Also with the fries I ordered a sauce on the side for which I paid but didnt getthat. So disappointed!!! It is not fair to add something to someone?s food which they dont eat specially due to religiousbeliefs. Read more

They messed up on my order. They need to step up their game. When I said to the manager that they gave me the wrong sandwich,... she said well you have to pay for it even tho it was their fault. Terrible customer service. And the food was cold. Read more
