If there is 0 star that?s the rating they would get. Something definitely wrong with the staffs in this Tim Hortons! They are... rude and disrespectful to customers. One time I asked for tray for my drinks then I asked for sleeve for the coffees. The ladysaid I either get the tray or sleeve. She refused to give me the sleeve for hot coffees. And other customers on the linequestion her too. And she said she is the manager!! ?? ??.. coz my dad needs to go here for frequent check up lately I have hadchance to experience worst Tim Hortons I been to. other rude experiences too but too long. Try to avoid this Tim Hortons. Go to a different location before visiting the hospital. Managers at this Tim Hortons should... provide workers with a refresher or a crash course on compassionate service. This is not just a Tim Hortons on a random street.This Tim Hortons is in a hospital that provides service to health care workers and patients, yet they provided such awful andrude service. The workers at this location should learn patience and compassion. I just got to the hospital, and the cashierwas very rude. It wasn't even busy. There wasn't a line-up when I ordered. The cashier was rolling their eyes as they weretaking my order. I ordered a toasted bagel with butter, which was burnt, and a green tea. The toasted bagel and green tea wereboth ready at the same time, and the worker left the bagel on one end of the restaurant and made me walk all the way to otherend of the restaurant to grab my green tea. So ashamed of this Tim Hortons. This is the worst one ever. Wish I could give 0stars. Read more

The staff was quite rude. I wanted to order a classic breakfast sandwich with the coupon from the Tims app, but I wasn?t sure... which ones were included. When I asked the cashier which are included I couldn?t quite hear her so I asked her again and shesaid ?I already told you? in a snappy and annoyed tone. Very disappointed. I was so excited to have the steak&egg sandwich that when I finally reached a red light to start eating (the... steak was not even there). So upset as I couldnt go back and yet overpaid). This was my Friday buy your breakfast day of theweek. Read more

So this update is a week after my first visit (as reviewed below) ... I figure I?ll give them another chance and figure there is... probably a staffing change and maybe the current workers will be different. I?m not sure how they train this particular locationbut on this new visit the gentleman who took our order gave us the donuts and decided to go on break without first giving us ourdrinks. We stood there for a few minutes wondering how long it takes to make two drinks before asking another staff member. Wequickly realized the person who took our order left on break. I was hoping to raise the rating of this particular location butI?m seriously disappointed and will leave my one star rating. Below is my initial review from one week earlier... Let me beginby saying I?m a regular customer to Tim?s, almost a daily customer and most Tim?s I?ve experienced are pretty Consistent andreliable at delivering a certain acceptable standard. However on this day it was a different experience. We were stuck in thehospital and picked up breakfast and dinner here. In both cases they forgot a main ingredient in the sandwich we ordered. In thebreakfast sandwich they forgot the bacon in the Bagel BELT and in the dinner sandwich they forgot the ham in the ham and cheese.Like how can this happen? After the first sandwich I gave them the benefit as a one off incident and since they were busycleaning up for the day I didn?t bother bringing it up to the staff. However when it happened again a second time I felt like Ihad to post this review. The issue with the second error is that I picked up the sandwich as they were closing and have noability to go back after walking to the opposite side of the hospital. One other thing I don?t agree with and was disappointedwith is the fact that they closed the doors 10 minutes before 9pm (the closing time) I guess the staff was in a hurry to gethome. Just ordered this 5 minutes ago. Came with no napkins and no spoon. Am I supposed to sip my chilli???? At least it tastes good.
