This girl is always without a hairnet, working on the line making orders. We as customers does not deserve to get a food item... with hairs in it. Pathetic hygiene and cleanliness. This girl needs to be schooled and if she?s a team lead or manager then it?seven worse. If the senior management is seeing the review please take actions don?t wait till a health inspection occurs. It was a great spot to get bfast before going to work. Lately I notice a lack of staff and the cleanness is not the same.

This Tim is the only one I have experienced that never never start your mobile order. Almost every time you get there doesn?t... matter 5 mins or 15 mins after you placed a order, they do not prepare it. Do the employees know the point of a mobile order? Ifyou still have to line up and wait what does skip the line mean? Mobile orders are to help people save time and you just madepeople spent time on the phone app and spent time on the line and then spent more time to tell you the order and wait. Thatruins the coffee in the morning with frustration. Read more

This Tim's has gone DOWN HILL as have so many others. Poor food prep./staff training is likely the cause IMO. Two separate... occasions, two different food orders and at two different times of the day (different staff) yet still sad results and aterrible excuse for food. I am done with Tim's!!! Read more
