It was Sunday night around 10:40 and as per their site and timings they suppose to be close as 11pm.I got there just for coffee... and some cookies. But there were to girls on shift one was Asian and other one Persian and her name was Maryem. Upon request thetold me they are already closed and they don?t have any drinks or beverages. I would mind their reply if I went there around 11or 10:50pm but it?s literally 10:40pm and how come they were sending customers away before their closing timing. I find itpretty unprofessional and annoying. I went to this location multiple times and other staff members they?re usually pretty kindand efficient but those 2 girls are pretty incompetent for that position. Read more

Terrible staff. Look so upset. I asked for something they gave me something else because they were out of it. When what I wanted... arrived they didn?t feel the need to replace it, just handed me the order. Customer satisfaction should always be paramount.They don?t get it! They also listen wrong and hear what they want to hear. Wrong order and rude staff that doesn?t smile. Read more

Worst Horton's on the planet. I live 2 minutes away but I refuse to support this location. Staff are extremely rude! They yell... at you to stop at the drive-thru (so they get the best serving time record), and they yell at you to drive forward after payment(where an employee is standing with your food). Coffee tastes like burnt cardboard. Food is always stale. Yonge and JohnStreet Tim's is the better location (but not a drive-thru). There is also a McDs (with a drive-thru) at Steeles and Hilda. TL;DR Don't come here if you're in a hurry ???? EDIT: Sept 03/22 It's almost like they're worse now! Twice in a row they're not... only slow, but get my order wrong! That's gotta be some record ???? Single-handedly the worst service of any fast food chain.Unfortunately this is the only Tim's on my route to and from work, so take it from someone who's a repeat customer ???? Lastnight I had to bang on the glass to get someone's attention, otherwise I'd be waiting for more than fifteen minutes. Anyways,it's fine at night because I'm on my way home, and the bus can sometimes take a half hour to show up. This morning, like everymorning, they ignore inside orders; not like the drive thru is much faster, anyways. Sometimes the line goes around the insideof the gas station, it's quite comical. Would strongly not recommend if you have to be somewhere fast. They're working onisland time there. Side note: I worked fast food as my first job for a few years, so usually I'd feel some sympathy, but not somuch in this case. ???? Read more

0 stars! Worst service. Please let your staff know they are not feeding me out of their kitchen/ pocket. I pay for food and... drinks. Cup of water $0.30? Joke. Charged as timbit on the receipt. If that's the price, why is it not on the POS system? Theyalways miss out on the customizations. Missed the sausage on the breakfast sandwich, charged for it though. Please change yourmorning shift at the drive thru including the manager. She held up the line for 10 minutes to share the receipt and didn't evencome through on the cup of water despite the charge. No Tim Horton charges for a cup of water! Ill-mannered staff! Read more

I usually come here before I go to work. I let some of the mishaps, e.g. no serviette( who eats without anything to wipe your... mouth????????) . Maybe they are using their clothes????, and expect us to do the same. Anyways, i let it pass, even it happenedalmost everytime. Sometimes gave me the wrong order, and console myself, maybe they were busy. My last resort happened lastweek, when I ordered Iced capp at the drive thru. I said , iced Capp, and she repeated, iced coffee, and saw on the screen icedcoffee. I corrected it, and the lady asked, anything else, i said iced capp not coffee, and again asked anything else in a rudetone,i said only iced capp. And answered me in a rude way. And trust me , I was shaking due to the anger I felt when I wastreated that way. And told myself I will never ever coming back to this place again!!!! Very poor costumer service. This location is disaster. I went there on 11 july at 9:34 am. I ordered a blended coffee with a breakfast. After 6-7 minutes of... waiting, i asked cashier to make my order as my bus was in 2 mins. The lady who was at sandwich started shouting loudly in veryaggressive manner by saying Its NOT HER FAUT , WHAT SHE CAN DO IF MY BUS IS IN 2 MINS this and that. Literally no one , no onefrom the staff asked her to keep quiet and calm. She insulted me in front of 7-8 customers. I really felt so bad and this thingis hitting me badly. Read more

They get you your food fast but it?s fast for a reason. Every time I order a bagel with stuff on it there?s usually next to... nothing on it. Coffee is eh compared to other Tim?s. Only thing good I?ve had from here is the soup because it?s impossible tomess that up.. If it was t beside work I wouldn?t be going here. Read more
