It was the slowest Tim Hortons I've ever had in my life. The cashier was so green she didn't know what button to press for... anything. Our lunch order took 15 minutes to fulfill, and they made one of the four items wrong. People were cancelling ordersbecause of the tardiness. After we have finally received our food, the habanero chicken loaded bowl had less chicken than ourchicken noodle soup. Read more
I met Judy, She is aggressive and not good in customer service. I had once Fly in my lemonade drink. They are not cleaning up... well. so many worst experiences at this location and eventually had to change to different location. Read more
Please get the headsets fixed because it?s either headsets or employees who cannot hear. I asked clearly for Bacon Farmer?s wrap... and get a sausage wrap after waiting in drive thru for 15mins. Great job! Read more

I?ve always come here for coffee, tea, and donuts and rarely have any problems with my order. Lately for the past few days, the... services were so bad. Especially today during drive thru. They took my order wrong, gave me a cup that looked USED, and gave meattitudes when I was paying. There?s teeth marks on the top part of the cup?!? The lid doesn?t close properly which results tospilling everywhere and the coffee spilled all over my car seat. Even worse, the coffee was cold? HOW CAN YOU GIVE THIS TOCOSTUMERS???!? If there?s a way I can give negative stars, I would! I?ve come to this location for many years and never didthis ever happened to me. I would rather go get coffee somewhere else than here. I didn't go during peak times but went in, was greeted by a friendly staff member who knew what she was doing in handling Tim's... rewards and paying by scanning the digital Tim's card, you'd be surprised how many staff members at other locations who don'tknow how to handle their own app! Has a drive thru so it can get busy with a small parking lot but off peak, it's a good spot toget your Tims fill. Read more
I don?t think the details of my orders compares to the state of the washrooms. As I enter the bathroom it is revolting. Not to... mention when I asked them to clean it I got looked at like I had 2 heads. Puts paper towel in the bathroom there is urine andfecal matter all over the place. So disgusting. Currently still standing here waiting for it to be cleaned as the staff standaround doing nothing. If I could give this no stars and still give it a review I would no questions asked. Unfortunately I amunable to do that. A call from the health unit should set them straight. Read more
