Older lady at cash was very rude, did not want my fiancé and I in the store because she said it would be to crowded BUT THE... STORE WAS EMPTY . They have 4 PEOPLE working but me and my fiancé waiting inside the store is an issue??? And this isn?t asmall location, when I asked the lady for the reason because I thought I miss heard her she said because she?s old& doesn?t wantit to be crowded. She then continues to laugh and whisper with other associates who are not wearing their masks properly aroundher as well, if being maskless was the issue I wish she could of just said that instead of making up nonsense. I DO NOTRECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The quality has also gotten worse over the years every time I got a slushi or smoothie it was so watery.They need better employees, who have proper training on how to communicate with customers instead of spewing nonsense. Customer service is absolutely brutal here. The older lady at cash is the worst one out of them all. There were no customers in... line or waiting for a drink, but it still took 15 minutes for my single order drink to come out.. What?s the point of havingmore workers than customers at all times. Please beware of the older lady who works here, will ruin your perception of Ten Ren. Read more
Drinks are great but customer service is brutal. It's the end of the day and a few customers were ahead of us, I witnessed... nothing but Angel being irritated with each customer, giving them snarky smart responses. She even yelled at a kid. I also gotyelled at by her because I didn't take my receipt. Seriously? Okay, I needed my order #, but she didn't even end up calling itout. The boss lady seemed so much nicer. Visited on March 24 and yet another disappointment. This time to redeem my birthdaydrink. I showed the girl my phone with the email telling me to redeem my drink and she said she can't do it. I had to downloadthe app. I explained that the app kept crashing when I use it and she asked me to come back tomorrow, when she clearly saw meholding my baby. Obviously I'm already here and it would be an inconvenience for me to JUST come back for my drink. There's noflexibility, no exceptions to be made. Said the tea lady wasn't there. Okay - I'm sure you make drinks for yourself while youwork/take home, but you couldn't keep a happy customer. I'm done with Tenrens after this. Read more

Always a treat. The teas are wonderful and the prices are reasonable. They have a 2 for $8.00 special which is great when you... want to watch what you spend. Their specialty teas are awesome. They have a great selection of products. Read more
Nice select of drinks one can buy. They have teas for sale as well as loose leaves. The drinks were tasty though a little costly
This Ten Ren's location is the best Ten Ren's. The staff is always polite and helpful. Their drinks are always sp flavorful. ... We got the Lychee, Mango milk, Taro coconut black and the Pina Coloada. All were so tasty. Read more
