We had an amazing dinner here yesterday. We were a party of 17 and we had a wonderful server Andrea. She handled our party of... 17 like a professional. She was very efficient, attentive, and patient in taking our orders. To our surprise the food arrivedquickly and it was perfect. We ordered desert as well and the coconut cream pie was delicious. I've been dining and ordering take-outs here for years and really appreciate the great service they offer. The staff are really... friendly. It used to be Ana (server) who would serve me and now Andrea- did such a fabulous job. She is very patience with kidsand families. Food is excellent as always. Atmosphere is very spacious- plenty of space for big party and it is connected toHarvey's. Restaurant have lots of extra parking space also. The only concern I would like their staff to address is to maintaintheir bathroom's cleanliness (perhaps track a record to check every 30 min or so) ;) Read more
I swear these this restaurant is serving barf.. I ate this Chicken Pot Pie this afternoon at 2:28pm from this Swiss Chalet... location.. I then fell asleep, I woke up at 5:16pm. The minute I woke up my stomach was burning and I had to go immediately intothe washroom to throw up. I don?t know what the heck they poisoned this food with but it?s disgusting. I would NOT recommendthis location to anyone. In fact, after my experience, I?d recommend that this place get shut down completely. One of the worstexperiences of my entire life. I ordered a salad from here and requested specifically on the phone to have forks and condiments placed in the bag.
