Haven?t had Swiss Chalet for awhile & thought to give it a try at this location. A huge but quiet restaurant...only les than 5... tables occupied for lunch....which is kinda nice. Friendly staff but Slow service. No complaints about the foods we ordered aswe didn?t have much expectations. A relaxed afternoon. Read more
Im surprised they?re still in business. Worst food ive ever paid for. Oily and Soggy fries, cold broken down bun, fried chicken... that tasted worse than frozen food, just ate as much as my body would let me and left in a hurry after paying for THAT meal.Gloomy atmosphere especially since it was mainly empty, the staff was also rushing things for some reason (mostly emptyrestaurant). My favourite Swiss chalet location. When we went the fries were fresh which is not the case for every location. On top of that... the waiting team was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this one for a very homie feel every time. Valerie, mywaitress was very hospitable. Read more
The server an service was good. But not going back. Their cashier point of sale system asks for a tip TWICE. For some unwitting... customer they might just think they are entering it twice but they actually charge the first and 2nd tips. Good thing I caughtit and had it reversed Bad business Read more

It's been a long time since we visited because we seem to have mediocre experiences here. They must be under-staffed because I... would expect a hostess to be scheduled on a regular Friday night during peak dinner service time (there wasn't one even on BlackFriday when people are out and everything is packed). We waited several minutes for the poor servers to seat us. Our server tookour order reasonably quickly considering she had many tables. The food came without much wait and tasted good (white meat isslightly dry). My order was incorrect, but it was a minor issue of making my food with white instead of dark meat; I wasn't ableto change it though because the server did not return for a quality check. My husband had to drink my water since nobody came torefill his drink. I think if they had more staff, people would have better experiences. Read more
