Avoid this location... After waiting 40 mins for service at the half empty restaurant ordering... then finally ordering ....... after 20 more minutes I'm told they ran out of chicken. So I said no prob. I'll take ribs.. Then the server comes back backwith a tiny leg attached to some skin an says they found some chicken??!! Totally unreal... My family and I came here on thanksgiving Sunday. Wow was it busy! Felt so bad for Olivia handling almost the whole dining room... by herself. She did a terrific job - special shout-out to her for the wonderful service! Food was as about as you would expectfrom Swiss Chalet. They unfortunately ran out of the dark meat, but we were substituted with white meat free of charge. Frieswere fresh, stuffing was tasty and the chicken was nicely seasoned. I am a teacher and I organized a diner for my 25 students, as a part of our grade 6 graduation party. The staff was very... organized and provide us with the best services. With a few friend/work colleges we wanted to enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner. Our waitress ( Taylor), was well spoken, clear in... taking down our order, and service was quick. We started with drinks, then main meal, Followed by desert. The prices werereasonable, vegetarian meal accommodated. One question was " is the gravy vegetarian", answer was yes.
