My wife, daughter and myself ended up with severe food poisoning from the chicken Teriyaki salad. We are paying for it today.
Absolutely terrible customer service, the manager was extremely rude when I approached him about the subway app not working and... he blamed me for not being able to use the app properly. Definitely someone who shouldn?t be a manager let alone running abusiness. If you?re looking for customer service, this location isn?t it. I went from my job for takeout order and ordered veggie patty..they don?t have patty defrosted(fresh patty) so they directly put... frozen patty in sub and act like nothing is wrong! Extremely poor customer service. Two Middle eastern or maybe Persian guys served me and they sounded like they didn't care about... the business. There was no single soul there and still showed a lot of impatience and made me rush to order something. Keep inmind it was around 2 or 3pm on a weekday. Ordered online with special instructions, when picked up and saw it did not have cheese and sauces i asked for, the cashier... became rude all of sudden saying "this is what you ordered". When i told them no i added special instructions, said can't helpyou with anything. I said i can't eat this, so he took it back and did nothing about it. I spent $12 for nothing, horribleservice. The cashier at lunch here is very rude and the prices are about $1.50-$3 higher than other subway chains in the area. I went in... for lunch with a coworker to pick up 3 subs for the two of us plus a coworker who could not make it to pick up her sub. From thestart, I showed the guys my two coupons and they were happy to accept it. We had the subs made and I gave the cashier thecoupons and he very rudely proclaimed "ONLY ONE". So I handed the other coupon to my coworker to pay rather than deal with thisfurther. I was a little miffed because I showed the coupon prior to ordering. I was using a coupon that specified I was requiredto buy a drink. I asked for a small fountain drink and the cashier refused. I guess he was not too happy about me using acoupon. I tried to explain the coupon said ANY drink. He said he did not have small cups but that was clearly a lie, there wereplenty of cups. I told him to charge me for a small drink and I won't take any drink. He rudely refused and growled at me. Iasked for my coupon back and he was happy to return it and refuse approximately a $26 sub order (this location is more expensivethan others). We left with the three subs made on the counter. The gentlemen who made our subs were nice, though they skimped onthe toppings. I went to another one up the road, it was much cheaper and they were much more friendly. giving 5 star to offset previous reviewer, I've met the cashier guy and he is just trying to be friendly and funny. Seeing how... he reviewed, it seems he only gives 1 stars to every restaurant and never truly reviews restaurants.
