This location is terrible ! They had 1 lady working at 3pm and not sure if it was her first day?..but she was extremely slow.... People kept coming in and leaving. Do better subway! We know for most locations you try to maximize profits by having 1immigrant worker, but this is not acceptable. I went in to get 2 cookies which was the funny part. I stayed to see howeverything panned out so i can write this review. I hope the owner see?s this. DO BETTER. Have more staff Read more

I ordered the Maplewood Smoked Bacon and Ham sub through DoorDash and the bacon is missing. Everything else tastes delicious,... but seeing as I paid extra for the bacon and it's not there, I'm not happy. Someone could have contacted me if they ran out ofbacon and offered a substitution. My subway bag also had a seal so I know it wasn't tampered. In the pictures is the other halfof my foot long on the inside, what it should look like, and the receipt. Read more

Extremely trash service..... first off.. only one person working I stood in line for 25+ minutes for cookies, and when I asked... for cookies I also asked if I could get a cup of ice, literally just ice that is normally free from any good establishment, thelady working showed attitude once I asked and I even asked how much I had to pay if she's charging me, after I pay she gives mea really tiny cup and starts lecturing me about how ice isn't free and how they don't do this and I told her I'm a literalpaying customer and she got angry when I said that ?????? I'm sorry but @subway maybe teach your employees not to show customerbad attitude and argue when they ask for some ice?? ESPECIALLY if they're paying for their items in store .... UPDATE. Honestly, I don't know why I keep going back but I think I am finally done. There is one lady who is always working during the... day and there is no other way to put it other than she is wholly incompetent. I used to go in and order but she seemed to havedifficulty following my oral instructions so I decided to try out the app so she can read the instructions and make it at herown pace. She has yet to get it right. Today, I went in after placing my order on the app and she had not even started myorder. She proceeded to serve all the people in person before starting my sub, which should have been ready when I arrived. Tohelp speed up the process, I decided to orally tell her the instructions and it was as if she did not even see me talking toher. She ignored me the entire way. When I got to the end and asked to collect my sub, she pulled out a marker to write myname on the bag. I AM ALREADY HERE, JUST GIVE IT TO ME! Literally, this woman is the worst... Read more

I honestly always get disappointed coming to this location. This time I ordered my sub and the bread was hard and was scraping... my mouth. The associates never put the topping like normal and they put them piece by piece. I recommend driving down to 9thline to get a sub. Very disappointed since I starving. Read more

One person working all the time at lunch. Very rude elderly lady. Takes her sweet time and doesn?t seem to ever get an order... correct. Waited 30 mins for 1 sub with two customers ahead of her. This place is a joke. Construction workers have 30mins- hourlunch. This is unacceptable. Read more

Worst subway experience Ever!!!! If there was negative rating , i sure would rate this location negative .. The subway... representative Salim is so rude and has so much attitude. He claimed they had only all grain or brown bread and was so not happyto help us. It was not busy and he had only one customer after us. We ordered Tuna and veggie. He used the same glove and Knifefor both subs which is so not acceptable. When asked if he used the same knife, he said "no", when we clearly saw he did. He notonly lied to us, when asked if he used the same knife again, he said he did and that he was never told to do otherwise.. howunprofessional is this? How do you not know to use a different knife for veggie and meat?? We requested him to make another suband he said he does not have time .. and that he had customers .. again, he was not busy, he had another 4 hours to close and hehad only One person after us.. he for sure was not in any hurry.. we then asked him again as one of us is a pure vegetarian. Hethrows one of the sub to the back table and shows us so much attitude .. we did not want to eat there any more.. he then yellsat us saying he will remake it .. we decided we are not eating there and asked for a refund when he claimed he did not have timeto bargain.. we never wanted to bargain, we just needed the money back.. He tried to give us a full refund and when it did notwork he said I don't know what is wrong it does not work. We waiting and were nice enough to let him Help the next person inline since he claimed he was "busy". Once he was done with them, he refunded us the cash as he could not get the machine towork. This is so not acceptable. Is this how you would treat your customers ? It is company protocol that you use differentgloves and knifes for meat and veggie subs.
