App order waited 30 minutes after time that app said it was ready at the store because they prioritized lined up customers. 5... customers who lined up who came after me was served and left before I got my order. Just don?t place an online/mobile order here because you will be waiting for 40 mins. They only prioritize in-store orders, and... as people keep coming in, they never get to your mobile order. Wasted my entire lunch time here waiting despite placing my orderwell in advance. Yes I understand that lunch time can get busy but that?s not an excuse for ignoring mobile pre-orders.
