Burnt myself! The lid on my cappuccino was not on properly and when I went to drink it spilled all over me in the car ruining my... clothes and burning my stomach. Not impressed and quite uncomfortable now for the rest of my road trip. Staff need to takebetter precautions. Read more
I am really upset about the service and the drink. Usually I got my caramel frappuccino from different Starbucks , and always it... tastes great. I was about to pickup my order n door was lock. I was told by one of the customer that he was about to pickup also but not... allowed has to go drive thru. There was no message when I ordered that no walk in drive thru. Line up was so long. I left thestore I can't wait that is the reason why I pre ordered. Service is fast and friendly. Limited menu but they always suggest something if what you want is unavailable.
