Horrible service, asked for extra room for almond milk in my coffee. Went to the bathroom, came back to find a cup of coffee... that was pretty much mostly almond milk with a dash of coffee. I haven't come here for a little while. Feeling hungry and ordered ginger molasses cookie ahead of time. Turned out no cookie... when I got there. My girlfriend bought a hot cappuccino from this location yesterday and had only opened it when she got home. She noticed that... the employee only had only put the steamed milk in her cup but not the espresso that was supposed to be in the drink. Normallythis location gets all of our orders right and if this was a smaller mistake then it would be fine, but forgetting the coffee ina coffee drink is something that we can't look past. Read more
This SB is really ridiculous. Two weeks ago, I ordered an Ice Brown Sugar Oat shaken expresso with less ice. 2/3 of the cup was... ice. Today, I ordered the same one with no ice on the mobile app. The girl only gave me half cup of drink. That means I paid$3 for the ice? In addition, I ordered only one 1 pump of Brown Sugar instead of 3 with no cinnamon. How come they don?tcount those in? Read more
Really enjoyed my experience here. Great coffee served fairly fast. I sometimes wonder why Starbucks is so busy, maybe cause... their coffee is so damn good. Slight complaint is lack of parking in this mall due to so many restaurants. Enjoy the free WI-FI. Read more
