as others commented, service was on the slow side. but worse was their rigidity and being inflexible. I asked them to... momentarily use the tap to rinse my hands as their chocolate chip muffin had melted on my fingers. They flatly refuseddirecting me to use the bathroom in the mall instead, which was a lot farther of course. I understand enforcement of rules forhealth and safety, but when you're enforcing just to make your customers lives more difficult, well then that's not a businessI'm willing to patronize any longer. There was only a single employee working when I visited. He seemed really overwhelmed and exhausted. Understandable as it is a... lot of work making drinks, grabbing food items and operating the cash machinr all at the same time. Poor guy. The wait in linewas long as expected.
