Worst customer service!! My husband was so polite in ordering as he should, and the server sounded like she was fed up from her... day as we did order sometime at 6pm. She then finished making our drinks but she messed up on my order. I then told her ?ohsorry, I ordered a milky taro? she then rolled her eyes and turned her back not even a sorry or any word. Like what!! Again, Iwas the one that said SORRY! From what my husband said, ?she?s not gonna go above and beyond with her job, she?s just a robot?lol but those people shouldn?t be doing customer service AT ALL. Went a few months back, usually the drinks are good and they give a good portion. But one time I ordered a hot taro bubble tea... it tasted like the drink was not mixed well and tasted like pure powder and sugary clumpy. I went back to see what they could dowith it. The girl making the bubble tea was extremely rude and said ?this is how it is if you don?t like it next time don?torder it?. I said it tasted like it?s not fully mixed. She said she will add ice and went to the back to whisper to her coworkerand the coworker looked at me. She came off rude instantly when I just brought it up I felt like it wasn?t necessary and myfriend also thought what she did was very rude. Read more
Tea was pretty good. Pricing is confusing as they have signs everywhere and aren't clear about which is for what. Service was... okay somewhat slow and not friendly. Read more
Just went to this mall and decided for a bubble tea went to this venue and left without purchasing a drink. Service worker needs... a better attitude just plain rude. Best not to roll your eyes at your customers as I took my money to Tasty House...it was waybetter and friendlier service and drinks were great. Read more
Very poor customer service, older lady (seems like the owner) has hostile nature when ordering, panda milk tea has no taste,... just pure sugar and coloring. Not fresh as advertised. I don't believe they will survive with much better options out there,hope they can change for the better. Won't be returning. Read more
Drinks are good but customer service is the worst I?ve ever experienced. I got a drink and accidentally dropped it and the cup... cracked and spilled everywhere. I went back to ask for a new one since that?s what anyone would do but the older lady keptrefusing and said that it was my fault that I dropped it so if I wanted a new one, I would have to pay again. Or the best shecould offer was to charge me the drink half off. What a joke. She kept bargaining and offering that she would charge me lessthan normal pricing. I understand she isn?t at fault but as a paying customer and someone who goes often, I?m just surprised atthe lack of customer service and how she kept pointing the finger at me over something out of my control. I don?t want to soundlike I?m privileged but I feel like everywhere else would understand and just replace ONE drink. So stupid and honestlyunbelievable. Read more
Their service is really bad, staff didn?t say anything to me and looks like very angry. Even we ask some questions about the... drink, he still didn?t answer and just ignore us. To be honest the store is not very busy at that moment. If the owner of thislocation can see this comment, please talk with your staff? if you don?t trust me, check your camera? your staff just neverspeak one word to anyone? and btw we actually order two same regular size drinks, your staff give us two different size, see thetag? it?s really weird. Nasty nasty people working there!! Most horrible customer service as if they are forced to work there without any pay. You try... to be polite and pleasant to them and you get attitude in return. Makes you not want to go back at all!! Never experienced suchbad service. They really need to train their staff better!!! Read more
