We Order on line large pizza my wife in the store 23 minutes. This shop having none manners how to speak with Customers. The service is absolutely terrible. I ordered pizza from pizza vile on Uber Eats and what I got back was nothing. After waiting... for an hour after placing my order and paying the money, my delivery did not arrive anywhere near the ?expected time.? I calledthe restaurant and apparently they did not place my order and told me to call Uber eats. I told Uber Eats about the problem andafter Uber Eats contacted Pizzaville, they apparently received the order. Since I did not get my pizza, I asked Ubereats for arefund. I wasted 1 hour of my time waiting, and 15 minutes just to argue for a refund because Pizzaville lied to Uber when theyasked about the order. Before I was able to refund, Uber Eats told me that Pizzaville called me. I did not get a call fromPizzaville, but rather 3 phone calls from Manitoba which is over hundreds of kilometres away. I would give then a 0 star review if I could. They have no such thing as being sanitary. An asian man started to make my pizza... immediately after taking my order and touching everything else WITHOUT washing his hands. Seeing him touch the dough andtoppings with those hands are disgusting. Would not return again! Read more

Picked up our party size pizza and stating it was burnt is an understatement. It was completely inedible and had to be thrown... out. When contacted they gave us a $20 credit-great except we paid just under $34. Is this how we treat our customers? Nopizza, no refund and out $14? Read more
