Very disappointed franchise. The pepperoni pizza here usually comes with little amount of pepperoni. Also, got a coupon for a... free slice of pizza on 11/10/22 on the app during pizza pizza promotion, when going to the store, they said this store do notparticipate in the promotion. Not sure if individual store can decided on not follow the brand promotion, but the wholeexperience every time is very unpleasant. Read more

Since last 3 time I?m not getting pizza in proper temperature. The delivery guys coming late and at that time pizza gets cold.... Missing toppings from my pizza as well. I?m getting Very worst experience since last 3 times. Moreover, after complaining coupleof time, no body is taking responsibility and not giving any replacement order or refund. We've ordered pizza without any issue from this location and many others and different pizza stores however after specifying a... number times for a gluten and dairy free pizza, due to my daughter's allergies, they gave a pizza with mozzarella cheese ???? mydaughter ended up having an allergic reaction hence low rating. They offered to provide another pizza but that I pay fordelivery - which we did a walk in special and asked for them to cover the cost as it was their error. They handled it nicelyhowever this could have all been avoided had the order been taken correctly. Awful awful pizza pizza. I go to pizza pizza all the time and quite enjoy their food. This branch is the worst. The pizza tasted... stale and old and bitter, didn?t eat any. I called pizza pizza to report the bad experience but it was another disappointment.Firstly, they made me wait for 30 mins and (ironically) played their automated propaganda about ?100% satisfaction guarantee orfull credit back?. When they finally picked up, I asked for the credit but they said that it was not possible. They would eithergive 50% credit or a new pizza. I said I?ll take the new pizza but when they informed me it would be coming from the samelocation, I refused and asked for a different location or credit back. Just ordered a pizza today for delivery. The pizza was ok, but the delivery guy was very rude.he couldn't find the address,... witch is ok becouse it's dark outside. But when he calling me to ask the address, he was screaming like crazy . It was a realyunpleasent experience.
