Used to go to this location for decades as I grew up in Markham. The newly renovated express pizza hut is horrible. Ordered... twice and both times horrible experience. Cheap with toppings, unevenly cut, not properly cooked, staff tried to be helpful butare not properly trained. I hope management will focus on quality control and consistency. Read more
Left a complaint with corporate but it was unanswered. Came here for a express pickup and it took longer than expected. Staff... members were not professional, they took payment and completely forgot about my order which was placed online. When theyfinally remembered my order, they took my wings out of the warmer which I saw sitting in there as soon as I walked in. I waswaiting for no reason. The wings I ordered came with no sauce when I ordered them with sauce. I was hoping corporate could justgive me a refund but it has been weeks since I filed that complaint. two times in a row (sept 6th and sept 24th), we got pizza that was raw and uncooked. extremely bad quality cheese, veggies are... uncooked, crust tastes disgusting, not even enough cheese and the tomato sauce is spilt around the middle, would not recommendat all unless you want to get sick. Used to be OK. After ownership change, service is poor, food wuakity is poor. I just ordered two pizzas for takeout. When I... arrived, the attitude of the server was poor. No thank you. No greeting. Just asked for my name and handed me the machine andthen the pizza. The pizzas were bland, had small portions of toppings and worst of all undercooked crust.
