Went through the drive through line to pick up a mobile order and waited for five minutes at the drive through line on the right... for someone. I spent last Friday in this branch with my daughter as they just opened the kids playing area, during my visit I notice a stinky... spot in that area and I wasn?t sure what was it, I called one of the staff members his name is Mohamed Mahmoud and immediatelyhe came in with me to check it out and he went back to his station and cane back with cleaning detergent and sanitizer to fixthe problem, and he said ?Thank you for let us know? with a smile on his face, to me that was a fast response and a wow customerexperience. Two McDoubles without the buns and a couple of tomato slices with a side order of french fries makes for the perfect salesman's... lunch on the road. Gluten-free and perfect for a Celiac like me. The food was served hot and fresh and efficiently bywell-trained polite helpful smiling staff. The restaurant was clean and the washroom was maintained with the correct supplies. Update: they replaced the sandwiches the next day. Actual Review: Rubish place. We waited half an hour in drive thru, tild... several times that we need happy meals without meat she agreed and confirmed then again on payment time confirmed everything,when arrived home and opened the box found meat in there. I ordered a double cheeseburger, a spicy chicken sandwich and a small coke at 3:30 am through drive thru. I get all the way... home and my sandwich is missing the bottom bun. I tried calling the location 7 times in a row after that and no one answered. And i was never provided a receipt at the window so I don?t even have a reference number for the bill. Read more

Order the 10 piece nuggets at the drive thru. What I got was a box of raw chicken nuggets, had to drive all the way back there... to explain that it is raw. No apology but just a park at the pickup area and we will make you a new order. Wasn't given areceipt to show the proof of purchase. Staff and management there need some training on this. Read more
