Got my order yesterday and when I opened up my Mc Chicken sandwich I noticed it looked like someone took a bite out of my bun..... I never had this much pathetic service in any other McDonald or other fast food restaurant. We were on the way back from the... hospital emergency and stop by this McDonald to buy food for my daughter. It took 45 minutes to get the food. Order taker neverinformed me about the wait time and just to get nuggets, we were in the queue for 45 minutes. This is such a worse experience atthis McDonald?s. No apologies from the food server. Meh. Slow service - in their defense it was rush hour with a massive drive thru line, but still waited about 8 minutes for 3... medium fries. Location is well kept and clean. I came here in driver through this Tuesday and order sausage and Egg McMuffin breakfast combo early morning at around 4 45am , I... saw an Asian lady in the window and friendly greeting to me. The breakfast sandwich taste so good today with juicy sausage meatand fresh egg ????????????????????????????I appreciate both crews working here especially the kitchen crews today. They maybeovernight crews or early morning crews, no matter which one they are, other Locations should learn from them(Especially thekitchen crews!!!!!) I go there many times, and in one month timeliness, they succeed to forget one of my burgers in my order for my family, and... twice the wait times was 15-20 min. The definition of "fast"food must be under some woke leftist ideology. They identifythemselves as fast where according to the definition of Wikipedia, fast is NOT 15-20 min. I'm sure many other normal or non fastfood can fete your order faster. I will not blame the employees who are working hard and doing the best job they can, but theirsystem is pretty weird and clearly not working. I think management can work on this one. Read more
