I went there on the National Fried chicken day. I ordered online at 4:30pm to pick up at 6pm. However when I arrived, the room... was crowed with customers. The staff were overehelmed by the customers who came in for the $4.99 special. They dont seems tobe able to handle the crowd. From kitchen to counter, its a mess. Luckily the Regional manager lady was there. She was superpatient and very kind. Her multi tasking and risk management was impressive. I ended up waited for an hour for my dinner. Read more
Great service today for lunch. Staff sounded like they were working at a Dine-in restaurant with their communication skills... between the cooks and cashiers. Chicken was good, although I wish some parts of the thigh were a bit juicy but the flavour andsuper fresh wedges made up for it. Large, clean and spacious location.
