Lanzhou is a city in China famous for their hand-pulled noodles. This restaurant serves their signature beef noodles. Nothing... beats the texture and mouth-feel of fresh hand-pulled noodles, you can even pick different thickness of noodles (I got thetraditional noodles). Soup was beefy, savory, and not too salty, added some chili oil to bring out more flavor (which is whatthe locals do!). We also ordered the side of bbq lamb skewers and tofu. The lamb was fresh and didn't have that disgusting gameytaste. Tofu was also pretty good because it's covered in the same spices. It's getting cold outside, definitely recommend comingin for a hot bowl of delicious (magic) noodles. + for the service! We were trying to share the food but had a little difficultyseparating the noodle strands. Before we even asked, the chef walked out with a pair of food scissors for us to cut the noodleswith. A very big and spacious restaurant with freshly made hand pulled noodles.. It is a really good place to bring the entire family... or even go on a date. My fave spicy noodle is called Red Splash. With regardss to the types of noodles, I highly recommend whatthey call knife shaved noodles. The texture is simply unbeatable, and the service there is polite and nice. It is my first time to visit this restaurant, and the dishes kinda surprised me, the noodle soup is delicious and the noodle is... chewy texture which with this affordable price, I will take it.
