Worst KFC ever!!!! Went to copper creek location, picked up dinner through drive thru and drove to my destination. Upon opening... my meal , I noticed that my coleslaw was BROWN !!!! ROTTEN!!! The container it was in was soaked right through, and literallyin possible to open. It was Spoiled!!! I called the location and asked for the manager . I explained why I called?.. and Katthe manager replied ? I think it was made yesterday?it should be good. - Oh I mean its good.? Humm?..( sounds assuring) If Iwanted I could drive back ( on my dime ) and they would give me another salad. Is there ?Anything else ? I can help youwith? Nice response ??doesnt sit well with me. Call HEAD OFFICE , talk to a nice lady who agrees that this is unacceptable anda urgent matter ( possible bad food ) and someone would contact me within 24 hrs due to the severity. A WEEK goes by , NOREPLY??. Nice?. What if there were people getting sick ?? ? So I call head office back , ask why no reply ??..get told ?hewill look into it?.and get back to me.?. Ok 20 mins later, THE COPPER CREEK location calls me and says? Were sorry this happenedto you , come back to this location and pick up your free coleslaw???..my manager told me to call you.? ?What a waste of time, effort, , ? and KFC HEAD OFFICE doesnt care and just avoids the matter !!! It's terrible how they've give downhill. Horrible atmosphere in the restaurant, the chicken is greasy, and white meat is so dry.... Terrible, they used to be great. Read more

We usually only order thru the KFC app and pick up order here at the Box Grove location in the drive-thru. Never had problems... before except for slow moving traffic at the drive-thru, usually on Tuesdays. Today, the Chicken was very greasy and smelledlike "old cooking oil". It had that familiar smokey (but not in a good way) of burnt oil. I know as I was a Chef for 36 yrs butanyone can tell from having today's Chicken. BTW, KFC sent out (several yrs ago) an advertisement stating that because theirChickens were larger than most, they would be cutting up their pieces into smaller portion sizes to make up for it. They evensent 2 diagrams, side by side of the old and new portion sizes with dotted lines dividing the Chicken into 12 pieces rather thanthe usual 8.The thighs are the ones cut in half and it's really easy to tell. I?ve honestly never had a bad customer service experience here but today I was pretty grossed out. I was waiting for my food in... the drive thru and I drive a lifted truck so I could see more of the store than the average customer. looked over and noticedthat the lady packaging the food was patting the fries down with her BARE HANDS. I don?t like to complain but consideringeverything that?s happened the last two years I was pretty surprised and grossed out. PLEASE TELL YOUR STAFF TO WEAR GLOVES. Notcool. Read more

I finally had to write a not so positive review for this KFC location. This is not the first time our family has gotten chicken... that looked like the photos I have attached. I would appreciate if someone can contact me because this is not fair. The fact weare paying for chicken that looks half eaten. Read more
