So frustrating! Happens at several Harvey's. Ordered a hot dog with 3 toppings. Hot dog buns is ripped, sauces entirely outside... of the bun. inedible mess. Buy bigger buns! Instruct staff that a hotdog is not a wrap or a burrito, and not to be rolled uptighter then a cigar. Read more

Ughhh I had ordered a combo and the fries were burnt. They?re like the left over nasty ones with the massive oil not obviously... the fresh power ones we would all expect. Cmon. Not coming back to this location. Markham & Sheppard you can?t go wrong, hereyou can. Ordered a large and regret it. Adding in? I went back after a couple months and the experience was much better. Today I had a Large Classic Poutine through Drive Thru for the first time and the fries I got was all burnt. I thought there... would be some of them but all the fries was burnt and the taste I got was fully nasty. Fully ruined my mind. Thank you formaking my day more worse. Read more

This Harvey's is connected to a Swiss Chalet. Can walk inside and reach the dinning area of both restaurants. They share the... same restroom too. This burger place is not serving as quick as other fast food giants. However, you can customize thetoppings and sauces on your burger. As a fan of avocado, I really like guacamole. Read more
They always seem to screw up one things. Whether that's: Making us move from the drive thru to a parking spot and then forget... we're there for us to walk in 20 minutes later. To having missing food items or screwing up basic requests like 1 gravy and 1chicken sauces and giving 2 gravy. Todays screw up was at the expense of my son. For a kids meal I didn't get fries for thekids meal and I asked for 1 ingredient on burger ketchup and got mustard instead. (So literally got a store bought applejuice, no fries, and a burger with mustard for a 2 years old that he won't eat) Read more
