Absolute worst Harvey?s. Took 20 mins on a Sunday morning to get my order. They have 8 people working. Maybe if they stop... talking and work we might get our food faster. Asked for a refund and told me the manager is in the washroom and nobody knowsto to refund my order. Small that wait and my burger is dry and my onion rings cold. Never go here. Read more

So I order the large poutine. I asked why my bowl is half full. I was told its to make room for toppings. So this time when I... ordered I asked for a large poutine to stay, and that I dont want to put any toppings so they can top it up like in the picture.They said they will do it this time but wont be doing it in the future? Food ok. Onion rings all stick together. On black Friday, the service at cash register was a bit rough by the supervisor though... i could tell he was trying to be polite. The young one handling food was good. I paid for extra bacon but won't do again asbacon was soft and only a tiny piece for $0.80. Overall, it's fine. Read more
Harvey's burgers are good, but what makes this particular store great is the customer service. The manager of this food court... Harvey's, Tom, is a great person and the staff are friendly too! Today, there was a huge line of people here for the free burgerfrom the Raptors winning the NBA championships (took almost 2 hours for three mobile order to process). The manager was calm andmade sure that everyone got their order in a timely manner. There was a long delay, but he offered us a small sample of friesand pies for our wait! Next time I'm at CF Markville and I'm feeling hungry, I'll definitely come get another burger here atHarvey's :) Note: Harvey's mobile app gets a 2/5 because my order took two hours to come through and the process of mobileordering is very disorganized. Jan 11/19 Wha a way to end the night with a double original. The burger was hot and fresh and the onions ah so good. Best... burger in Canada. Another great visit. That burger was great!! This location does a fine job cooking up the burgers and makinga great hamburger. What can I say. My favourite burger in Canada. Always a smile, hot food and good pricing. Back again atthis location. Another great visit with the best burger in Canada. Service was outstanding. Always a pleasure to eat here. Love the original burger!!!! They have added more toppings and sauces which allows one to change up their fav burg so they cantry a different taste profile. The staff are always helpful and ready to serve. Read more
Update: Ordered again today. Just got the delivery now. Veggie burger is barely grilled at all. No ketchup packets. Frings are... not up to standard. Food cold. Delivery service was friendly and on time though. Sunday Harvey?s staff? Won?t be ordering againfrom this Harvey?s. Meal is not enjoyable today. Cannot waste my money like this. Original post (4-stars) Staff friendly when Iphoned to remind (ensure) they add a few condiment packets (which they probably do anyway). They did add it. Delivery servicewas excellent.
