Ok. I?ve been to many freshii?s before and this is definitely the worst. I?ve given it three tries to make sure that it?s wasn?t... just a bad day. The first two times I?ve order my favourite, bamboo bowl. Both times the portions were 1/2 size of any otherfreshii?s, the sauce was watered down and the veggies were not fresh at all. Today, I?ve given it another go and ordered sataybowl. It was fisgusting. The noodles were so over cooked that it disintegrated into a mush. Again portion was 1/2 size of anyother freshii?s. The veggies were once again not fresh. It?s very disappointing and I will not be going back there again. Read more
Been to many freshii locations but this one in Main St. serve small portions. We?ve been in this location TWICE and never coming... back. We always get the Pangoa Bowls with additional protein. But they always give so little amount of the meat and toppings. Ithink they should re-train their staff so they can give the proper amount of portions to the customers. There is always something missing in my order. Last time I ordered a breakfast bowl with extra hardboiled eggs alongside my... scrambled eggs and was missing scrambled eggs in my bowl. This time I ordered and asked for utensils and sauce on the side, Ireceived sauce already poured for me and no utensils at all. I'm not very pleased with whoever is preparing my order that therealways seems to be something missing. I understand there is bound to be a mistake once but two weeks in a row I've come here andthis is the result. If I walk into freshii and my order is just sitting there when I arrive and it isnt busy at all, I expectthat everything I ordered should be prepared and ready to go in the bag. It is unnecessary that that the customer still needs tocheck the bag to ensure that the order is done correctly. Read more
