A bunch of incompetent staff running this world renowned establishment to the ground! If I?m paying almost $30 for two burgers... and some fries I expect a level of quality. I?ve never thrown away a burger from McDonald?s but sadly today I had to throw awaya half finished burger from 5 guys. No point showcasing all your culinary awards and articles if you can?t maintain the samequality and flavours we except from your franchise. The burger was flavourless and the fries were soggy and uneatable. Sadly thebest thing I ate was the peanuts which were free. I hope the owner reads this and really considers retraining your staff orhiring individuals who care about providing good food. Read more
Me and my son were in the area so I finally decided to try out five guys. This place has serious hype and everyone I know said... this place is great. However my experience was more on the sad side. First of all the place was rather messy,. But that is notimportant if the food is good. The price for the burgers and fries are outrageously expensive,. But if the taste is good thatshouldn't matter. The unlimited fountain drink is a good idea but is poorly maintained. The cherry coke was flat, coke zerowas empty, coke was also flat. Only the fruitopia was drinkable. After a short wait we finally got our food. My son hadlettuce in his burger,. But it was brown. Can't even get fresh veggies with such an expensive burger. I had a bacon cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms and steak sauce. Can't taste any sauce, the meat was good quality but no taste, other than baconthis burger has no other taste. The fries being one of their main selling points was another huge disappointment. They arevery burnt and taste like grease. My son who really loves fries didn't even want to eat it. With all the hype and publicity Ihad high hopes for this place. I do not know if it's only this location but I don't think I will come back again. Read more
Best burger place. Period. Well priced custom made to order burger. My favorite is the Bacon Burger with grilled mushroom and... grilled onions. I tend to ask for extra BBQ sauce otherwise it could be a little dry. Read more
