Honestly third time or something bad service, once I don't remember but something happened. Today I was using the kiosk and it... didn't allow points card (dumb enough) then me and my friend walked over handed our order to the employee and she litrally tookthe customer behind our order and proceeds to go '''help her associate''' while they could have prepped my order and had me fastand out but no they decided to help the customer behind me.
