This place has really gone downhill . portions are smaller. The cuts of chicken are questionable; lots of fat and cartilage.... Food tastes terrible. I had to spit out the chicken I got and rinse my mouth out. You can visibly see old discoloured carrots ,green beans, and corn mixed in with the new. and mashed potato is grey. Wouldn?t be surprised if the meat is recycled too. Iwill never get food from here again. I know lots of places are cutting back on costs where they can but this is scary. Read more
Extremely poor customer service. Refused to provide extra single use plate without charging for it. Have reduced food portion as... well. Not recommend, there are better options in the food court. Read more
Do not eat here!! I bought chicken from here and I got food poisoning. I threw up all night and had the worse cramps ever. This... place should be closed down. I will call a sanitary inspector to raide this place because something is not right the way theycook and contaminate the food. Read more
Not sure if there has been an ownership change but what used to be decent or even large portions that was consistent with all... Bourbon Street locations I have been to, is now small. Literally the portions have been reduced by at least a third if not more.We used to be full two adults sharing one combo and now it is barely enough for one. The new staff behind the food trays alsodidn't seem to know what he was doing except being very cautious with not overfilling the box with food. Read more
Warning: this is the worst Bourbon chicken location I have ever been. Rude customer service from the cashier and low quality... food. The big size lady with a Cantonese accent at the cashier is very rude always and I've never seen a sampling withliterally one third of one piece of meat. Food is small portion and dry. Avoid by all means. Read more
Had this yesterday while shopping at Markville. Got the Bourbon chicken and Louisiana Chicken around 6:30pm that tasted like it... sat there all day. Stale and disgusting. Added with a bottle of coke it came up to a whopping $18. Should've went somewhereelse. Read more
Disgusting WORM IN FISH. My mom bought me lunch and we returned home just to find a long tapeworm in the fish. I had already... eaten some of it. The most they would do was provide a refund, please do not eat here. This place is a health and safetyconcern. Read more
Terrible customer service. Never coming here again. I used to actually frequent this place, and the food is actually decent, but... the customer service is horrible. I ordered a combo with a fountain coke beverage, and after returning to my seat, I realizedthe coke was half coke half water. As I approached the counter, I saw one of the staff taping a piece of white paper over thecoke (seen in the photo). When the next person asked for a draft coke they were told that they're sold out. I tried to ask fortheir attention but was told to wait in line again (fine). When I got to the front, I handed them the coke to show it wasclearly watered down, and asked for a proper coke. They said they couldn't as they didn't have any more draft coke. I wentthrough several options, and was basically told: 1) They wouldn't issue me a refund for the draft coke 2) They wouldn't hand mea bottle of coke without charging me for it (even though by volume, bottled coke is LESS than the draft coke cup) 3) They wouldoffer me another draft pop (disgusting, any drink besides coke you might as well lick vomit off the ground). Ended up having topay for a bottle of coke which is ridiculous, hence will never come here again. Read more
